Sixers look for seventh consecutive win against middling Chicago Bulls

The

76ers are set to tip-off against the Chicago Monday as their schedule gets much tougher for a few weeks.

Surprisingly, the Bulls have been better as of late after their miserable start.Recently, they’ve won games against the

Milwaukee Bucks, New Orleans Pelicans and Miami Heat.

Zach LaVine is out for the foreseeable future with a foot injury, and the Bulls have adapted by using center Nikola Vucevic as a playmaking hub.Over the last six games, Vooch has averaged 19.5 points, 12.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists while only turning over the basketball 1.3 times per contest.

Coby White has also been a silver lining to what is otherwise a dire situation in the Windy City. The fifth-year guard is averaging 17.3 points and 4.7 assists while shooting 42.6 percent from three.White’s career has had its fair share of ups and downs, but it seems like the 23-year-old is finally finding his footing at a professional level.

While the undermanned Bulls have found some midseason success, this should be another relatively easy game for the Sixers.Currently, the Bulls rank

21st in offensive rating and 22nd in defense (talk about middle of the pack).

Barring DeMar DeRozan turning back the clock, the Sixers should make quick work of this team.

Speaking of offensive rating, your Philadelphia 76ers are now tied for the best offense in the league alongside the Indiana Pacers. The Sixers’ defensive rating has also skyrocketed over the past few games, where they are now top five.Additionally, they have the best net rating in the entire NBA.

Seems good!

Heading into tonight’s game, the Bulls have listed LaVine (right foot inflammation) and Lonzo Ball (left knee surgery) as out.Torrey Craig is doubtful with right heel soreness, while potential-future Sixers Alex Caruso is questionable with a left ankle sprain.Outside of G League assignments (which includes Jaden Springer), the Sixers’ injury report is clean.

The Sixers’ schedule begins to pick back up after tonight, so finishing this light stretch off in convincing fashion would be in the best interest of the team and fans alike.
