The venture — which sees them follow in the footsteps of pal Ed Sheeran— already has more than £1million of bricks and mortar on its balance sheet.
It is the latest business run by the duo, who already have Baseforce Ltd, which takes in cash from Peter’s media work and has £1.7million in its coffers, alongside Abbey’s self-titled modelling firm that has £700,000 stockpiled.
A showbiz source said: “Buying swanky houses is popular among high-worth individuals who want to put their money into ventures that are a safe bet when it comes to securing a big return.

Abbey and Peter are drinking pals of Ed and regulars at the singer’s Bertie Blossoms bar in London’s trendy Notting Hill.
But the pair have a way to go before they rival Ed’s monster property empire.

Liam creditors pretty angry
LIAM Gallagher’s’s former fashion firm has been given a 12-month extension to pay back its £17.5million debts.
