PT.Intiland Development(인티랜드)는 인도네시아 부동산 개발업체 Top5에 속하며 이번 사업은 인도네시아 자카르타의 중심부에 위치하고 있으며 아파트, 오피스 및 판매시설 등이 조성되는 복합시설입니다.한미글로벌은 2017년 2월부터 2018년 3월까지 Pre-Con단계를 수행하였으며, 현지 CM사인 Wiratman사와 CM JO(Joint Operation)로 1차, 2차로 구분해 연차적으로 프로젝트를 수행하고 있습니다.

2018년 8월 아파트 분양 착수 후 2019년 7월 현재 92% 분양이 완료되었습니다.
