PerthNow says that Adelaide’s lesson on Paying Bitches Left And Right 101 was given after she posted a TikTok where she said that the internet claims that she’s worth $4 million which is laughable since she’s got “crippling debt.” While Adelaide played Mary, Queen of Scots on Reign she was paid more like the Princess of a Local Burger King Empire.

And after that video, one of her followers wondered how she could be broke since she was paid $15,000 an episode for Reign .Adelaide broke it down and said that 60 percent of her check is gone immediately from taxes and expenses, and then she’s got even more expenses on top of that.
“Generally speaking SAG minimum for a series regular on a network show is $20,000 per episode.Say I did 78 episodes on Reign , that pares out to $1.56 million for four years of work.

So assuming that I’ve made $5 million in my entire career since I started working at 16.Here is how that breaks down.
10% goes to my agent.10% goes to my manager.5% to my lawyer.5% to my business manager.And then I get taxed a further 30% because I am a foreign national working in the US.

So I lose 60 percent right off the bat, which leaves me with about $2.2 million over the last 14 years.Which if you average it out comes down to about $178,000-ish a year which would be fine, good wage.

Except that I have to pay rent in major cities–sometimes two cities at once.I have to pay a publicist which is usually 2-3 thousand dollars a month.

When I’ve had social media teams that’s been around 2-grand a month.Stylists run anywhere from 700 to 1500 dollars an outfit, and hair and makeup is about $1000.”

Bella Thorne once said that she makes most of her money from social media and not from acting, so this makes sense.But really, Adelaide doesn’t need a social media team.She should just take and post her own pictures of her avocado toast.And Adelaide doesn’t need a stylist.She just needs to borrow a dress from a department store (aka buy a dress, keep the tags on, and return it) and get her face done up at Sephora.
